Perfect Pour Cocktail Co. is committed to maintaining its relationship with area farmers and sustainable, local produce sources. All ingredients are non-GMO and organic whenever available, and our citrus is pressed on site to ensure the highest level of quality.
Executing recipes in proper fashion and making each cocktail to order are just a few of the ways we make our libations a bit better than the next guy. Shortcuts are not part of the equation, which tasks us with making all of our syrups and tinctures from scratch.
Just like any component of a well crafted concoction, glassware plays a huge role in how a drink is consumed. High quality cocktail glassware is included in our service rate. Wine stemware is available for an additional, but extremely competitive cost.
Essentially, we adopted our fairly obsessive bartending mentality and applied it to designing, honestly, some pretty amazing bar surfaces. Each design certainly has its own personality, and were built from scratch…just like our cocktails.
We offer one of the only legitimate Ice Programs in Seattle. What does that mean? Our big block cubes for sipping structured spirits are unblemished and crystal clear. Hand crushed ice for high octane juleps, swizzles and tiki recipes dilutes cocktails to precise palatability.
We are lucky enough to employ a handful of the Seattle’s extremely gifted, hospitality-oriented (and slightly obsessed) barkeeps. All of our craftsman and women are MAST certified by Washington State to ensure responsible service.
We’ve scoured the country’s antique shops for the past few years compiling a cache of vintage barware and ornate knick-knacks that keep our bar tops classy and throwback. Every piece of eye candy on our bar has a pretty interesting story on how it was acquired, and usually an equally impressive function.
Due to Washington State Liquor Code, Perfect Pour Cocktail Co. can not provide alcohol to its clients or guests. All of our liquor, wine and beer orders are personally organized and complied thru local vendors. With 2 advanced Sommeliers and Cicerones on staff, we offer priceless advice and recommendations to make sure we get you proper spirits at the right price.
Designed with Early 20th Century New York City in mind, this bar boasts a hand planed elbow rail, warm bronze finish and an exposed filament lighting system. At 15ft from end to end, it’s our largest, most versatile bar.
We love our original bar design so much that we decided to duplicate it here in Seattle. Mahogany trim and Cherry wood paneling and farmhouse lighting create a distinct air of classiness while offering a more modern and industrial look.
Pacific Northwest inspired, we used tongue & groove Clear Cedar & solid Maple trim on the vertical surfaces and a veined Sandalwood granite top. The industrial piping light system adds the perfect touch to this 8 ft, single piece bar.
This bar often plays the support role at our larger functions, offering a second space to grab a quick glass of bubbles or an ice cold brew. It’s also a great option for events that are forgoing the craft cocktail scene and sticking with more streamlined service.

This is just the reason we started Perfect Pour Cocktail Co., to create an elevated cocktail experience for evenings that should be remembered. Sure, a hired bartender can put a drink in your hand just as quick as we can, but will that cocktail come up in conversation months later? Was it made using quality ingredients? Was the bartender passionate and friendly? Up until a few years ago, there really wasn’t much of a choice.
Perfect Pour makes certain that every last detail of service is reflective of its host’s aptitude to quality.
