Ross founded Perfect Pour Cocktail Co. on the island of Maui, HI back in 2013. Working in the golf industry for most of his teens and twenties, hospitality and professionalism have always been top priorities. A move to a ski town in his mid-twenties sparked a change in careers to the restaurant industry, and a genuine interest in properly tending bar, cocktail history and spirits education soon followed. He is a self proclaimed Rum nerd, tiki-phile, rock n’ roll junkie, and sandwich aficionado. Ross still plays his fair share of golf in between surf trips and sipping through his favorite city, New Orleans, LA.
Tara’s love for cocktails stems from a childhood spent in the kitchen. A complete encyclopedia when it comes to flavors and applications, we can always count on her to take our outlandish cocktails ideas and turn them into realistic possibilities. She is the ultimate perfectionist, and is queen of DIY, which makes her a perfect fit for both the creative lead for our events as well as our culinary ace. When she’s not brushing up on the latest Amaro book, you can probably find her tending to her garden listening to Too Short.
